HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26 by Representative Masek:                         
                                                                               
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to the preferred use of fish, wildlife, and other                     
replenishable resources and prohibiting the use of the initiative and          
referendum in regard to certain matters relating to fish, wildlife,            
and other replenishable resources.
